The local museum bought up most of them for their gift shop (whoo hoo!)<br /><br />Anyway, I had tons of left over glass from that project and since I mostly have 90 coe glass for fusing, I didn't want those leftovers hanging around in my shop so I made this platter out of the remains.<br /><br />My daughter went down to Pueblo a couple of weeks ago to visit her friend and on a whim, grabbed the platter as she was running out the door and proclaimed that she was going to submit it to the State Fair.<br /><br />Lo and behold, not only was it accepted into the Fine Arts Show, but it also won a Jurors Choice award.
